About
ChambaNOW (chambanow.com) is a bilingual English/Spanish marketplace that connects day laborers and trade workers with people and businesses who need help: moving, hauling, landscaping, cleaning, painting, flooring, handyman repairs, construction and more.
Hirers post a job, and ChambaNOW notifies nearby workers so they can find help fast. Job posts are automatically translated between English and Spanish, so hirers and workers can understand each other from the first message.
- Workers: always completely free. Post your skills and availability and get notified as soon as a job near you opens up.
- Hirers: your first month is free, with unlimited job postings, and you can message workers about the job you posted.
Launched in June 2026, ChambaNOW already gets more than 80,000 visits a month and has thousands of workers signed up.
En español: ChambaNOW es una plataforma bilingüe que conecta a trabajadores por día y de oficios con personas y negocios que necesitan ayuda. Los anuncios de trabajo se traducen automáticamente entre inglés y español, y para los trabajadores siempre es gratis.

Splitting the landing page into "I'm a worker" and "I'm a hirer" is a clear way to serve both sides of a day labor marketplace, and the English and Spanish toggle at the top fits the audience well. The homepage lists city pages such as Los Angeles, Houston and Phoenix for both workers and jobs, which should help local search, and the promise of a free first month of Hirer Plus with no credit card lowers the barrier for hirers. The dark and orange look is bold and readable, but the screenshot shows no sample worker profiles or job listings, so showing a few real examples and what verified means on the first screen would build trust faster.
