1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RadarMakers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must not use another person's account without permission.

3. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to RadarMakers. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. What we don't accept

RadarMakers lists working software products and downloadable digital products from indie makers and small teams. The scope is described in what we accept, which includes browser and web games that people can play right away and shops that sell downloadable digital products. Templates, boilerplates, AI prompt packs and digital file shops are accepted only on conditions: original work, a working purchase flow, a privacy policy and contact information. They are never eligible for Featured, editor picks, homepage highlights or the newsletter. Products outside that scope, and products that match any item on this list, are not accepted. We may remove listings that break these rules.

  1. Illegal products or anything that helps break the law, including pirated software, cracked accounts and DRM removal.
  2. Adult content, gambling, casinos and betting.
  3. Crypto tokens, NFT drops, presales and "get rich quick" or MLM schemes.
  4. Malware, phishing, fake reviews, fake followers or any tool for spam and vote manipulation.
  5. Sites that don't work: broken pages, parked domains, waitlists and "coming soon" pages with no working product.
  6. Copies of another product under a new name, or a listing for a product you don't own or run.
  7. General web and link directories, link lists, link farms and private blog networks.
  8. Sites built mainly to sell, swap or build backlinks, and link building or SEO services.
  9. Paid products with no way to contact the maker and no privacy policy.
  10. Hate, harassment, or content targeting minors.
  11. Agencies and services.
  12. Affiliate landing pages.

We accept tools with legitimate uses, such as downloaders and converters, unless their main purpose is breaking the law, bypassing protections or infringing other people's rights. These tools are never eligible for Featured, editor picks, homepage highlights or the newsletter, and the copy of their listing must not encourage downloading other people's content. 5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: manipulate votes or engagement metrics; create fake accounts; spam comments or submissions; scrape or crawl the platform without permission; or attempt to interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community. You may close your account at any time from your settings, no e-mail to us required. Closing it erases your e-mail, name, picture and links, stops your API keys working and unsubscribes you. Products you launched and comments you wrote stay on the site, shown as posted by a deleted user, because removing them would take down votes and discussions other people took part in.

7. Disclaimer

RadarMakers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
