This page explains who can add a product to RadarMakers, what happens to a submission and what to do when a listing is wrong. It complements the terms of service.
Only people who make or run the product, or who have the maker's permission to list it, can submit it. A submission needs an account with a confirmed email address. Listing is free.
Adding a product you did not make is allowed only when its maker has agreed. This covers agencies, co founders, contractors and friends who submit on someone's behalf. Listing a product only because you like it, without the maker knowing, is not allowed. We do not accept bulk or automated imports of products from other directories or from search results.
The person who submits is responsible for the listing and for its accuracy. The product page shows the account that submitted it. If the maker did not agree, the listing is removed.
Every submission waits for a manual review and is not public until it is approved. A reviewer opens the product website, compares it with the listing and checks it against these rules. The maker receives an email with the decision. When a product is rejected, the email contains the reason, and the listing can be fixed and submitted again.
Approved listings can still be removed later if they stop working, turn out to be misleading or break the rules.
Makers can edit or delete their own listing at any time from the dashboard. If someone listed your product without your permission, or a listing contains false information, write to contact@radarmakers.com from an address on the product domain or give a link to the product page. We remove listings submitted without the maker's consent.
