Apps
Mobile and desktop apps from indie makers, ranked by upvotes and scored on idea, execution, design and value. Discover apps and tell makers what you think.
Apps is where RadarMakers lists mobile apps and desktop apps from indie makers and small teams. An app here is software you install on a phone, a tablet or a computer, from a habit tracker or a photo tool to a utility for your desktop. Both mobile and desktop apps are on the list of accepted product types, and every listing links to the maker's website, where the product can be tried or bought.
When a maker fills in the optional details, the product page names the platforms the app runs on. The choices are iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux, along with web, browser extension and API, so you can see whether an app works on your device before you click through. The page also shows the pricing model, which can be free, freemium, paid or open source. This list is ordered by upvotes. Visitors add scores for idea, execution, design and value, and they can leave comments with what they noticed while using the app. A product reaches this page only after a person has reviewed it, and the maker can update the listing later. Listing is free for makers.
