Emote Resizer vs IconCutter lines up two live products in Design. The Emote Resizer listing resizes PNG and GIF files for community emotes and badges. The IconCutter listing cuts a sprite sheet into individual icons. Resizing a file and cutting a sheet are not the same step.
The stored pricing label for both products is free. Community votes come first. Equal votes use the higher overall score, the average of visitor ratings for idea, execution, design and value. The next tie uses the earlier launch. The pricing label is not part of that sort.
| Product | Tagline | Pricing label | Votes | Overall | Idea | Execution | Design | Value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| IconCutter | Cut sprite sheets into individual icons instantly | free | 3 | 4.88 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 4.5 |
| Emote Resizer | Free PNG and GIF resizing for community emotes and badges | free | 2 | 4.25 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 5 |
Two live Design listings. Emote Resizer resizes PNG and GIF emotes. IconCutter cuts a sprite sheet into icons.
Both rows show the pricing label free. The page shows that stored label and does not add a second price check.
By community votes, then overall score, then the earlier launch.

Signing in stores a token on your device to keep you signed in. Social sign-in also uses a five-minute cookie to check that the login return matches the browser that started it. If you switch between the light and dark theme we remember that too, because you asked for it. We use no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We do count visits in a pseudonymous way, with our own counter and a self-hosted Umami, and Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turns that off. Your answer here is saved so we do not ask again; at the moment it does not change what the site does.
