LOVO AI is a free AI voice generator and text-to-speech workspace that runs in the browser. Type or paste a script, pick a narrator from a catalog of more than 500 public voices, listen to the take, and download it as an MP3 file. There is nothing to install, and you can try it before creating an account: guests get three free generations a day on the Basic model, with up to 500 characters each.

Three voice models are available. Basic supports 32 script languages, while Pro and Max cover 85. Before every new generation the studio shows a credit estimate, so a short test line costs little and you only pay for the takes you actually make. Replaying or re-downloading a finished clip never uses extra credits, and signed-in users can search their generation history by text, status or date to reopen an earlier script.

For narrators who want a consistent sound across revisions, subscribers can create a private voice clone. Record or upload a clean 30 to 60 second sample of one speaker (MP3, WAV or M4A), confirm you have permission to use that voice, and the clone appears in your own library rather than in the public catalog. You can then write new introductions, corrected instructions or updated explanations without booking another recording session.

LOVO AI also includes a free online video editor. Add your downloaded MP3 next to a local video file, balance the narration against the original sound, preview the mix and export a WebM. The files stay on your device, and editing does not spend speech credits.

Paid plans start at $29 per month for Starter, with Studio and Enterprise tiers for larger workloads and annual billing at half the monthly rate. It suits YouTube voiceovers, course lessons, product walkthroughs, social clips and second-language versions of existing videos.
